BonBons Bakery Masterclass
Another happy customer of Apromo Trading receives technical support from Filip Tibos!
Filip ran a masterclass at BonBons Bakery production centre on 25th May 2017. He took along select products from the Patisfrance glaze range and Dobla’s range of chocolate decorations. With these he demonstrated different glaze applications and potential Dobla decoration options. Attending were key personnel including their pastry chef, purchasing manager, head of cake production, manager and vice manager.

Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea
Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea is an annual fundraising effort where participants host a morning tea party to raise donations for Cancer Council. Cancer Council is a charity supporting people affected by cancer, and also supports advocacy, prevention programs and research. This is a popular fundraising activity in Australian workplaces. Mise en Place 2017 Sydney
Mise en Place is a one day trade event orgainised by Gault & Millau in venues in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. The event is attended by hundreds of industry professionals and features dozens of exhibitors.
The Sydney event was held at Doltone House Hyde Park on 1st May 2017 with much networking and technical conversations outside the award presentations and masterclasses.

PatisFrance Mini Masterclass
At Apromo Trading we are happy to provide technical support to our customers. In late March 2017, Filip Tibos, our Victorian Foodservice and Ingredients Manager, assisted our valued customer The Grain Emporium in passing on the latest skills and techniques to their staff.
