Gault & Millau 2018 Restaurant Guide Launch and Awards Night
Several of us from Apromo Trading attended the launch of the Gault&Millau Australia 2018 Restaurant Guide. This was a fun evening held at The Cannery Rosebery on Monday 13th November 2017.
The Gault&Millau yellow guide is an annual reference of the Australian fine dining scene, benchmarking restaurants based upon anonymous dining by qualified reviewers.

Apromo Trading Donates To Food Bank
Apromo Trading received a nice certificate of appreciation following another regular donation of food from our Melbourne warehouse to Food Bank. On a consistent basis we donate product that is coming up to its best before date. We are happy to help the worthy cause.

Karim Bourgi Masterclass With Dobla Decorations
Pastry chef Karim Bourgi taught a masterclass for the Australian Patisserie Academy at the Ryde Campus of TAFE NSW in Sydney. From Wednesday 4th to Saturday 7th October 2017 he taught the production of 20 pastry creations to the 12 students attending his masterclass. Fine Food Australia 2017
Thank you to all our customers and suppliers who supported us exhibiting at this year’s Fine Food Fair. Opening Puratos Melbourne 2017
Apromo Trading attended and supported the opening of the Puratos factory in Melbourne on Wednesday 26th of July 2017. The factory was opened with presentations by Puratos local and overseas management. Speeches included the Mayor of Mornington Peninsula Shire. This was followed by a symbolic ribbon cutting and a tour of the facility, which was enjoyed by Guy, Thierry and Nick.

At the Gault & Millau 2017 launch in November 2016, Katey Shaw was announced as the winner of the Gault & Millau 2017 American Express 2016 Potentialist of the Year Award.
