Food Service Australia 2016

We are at Food Service Australia 2016 displaying our wares! Come visit our stand: H6 This event is open from 22nd to 24th May 2016 at the Royal Hall of Industries in Moore Park, Sydney. It is a trade only event for industry professionals. Our chefs baked some samples for tasting from our range of frozen products. Also tart shells were filled, glazed and presented for tasting, along with Belgian chocolate and other delicious items.

Michel Eyckerman Chocolate Masterclasses

We were honoured to host chef Michel Eyckerman from Belcolade during March 2016. Michel fills the roles of Chocolate Centre Supervisor and of Technical Advisor Patisserie & Chocolate with Belcolade. He has previously won gold medals at Richmont Cup 2014, Les Pellons D’or 2013 and Fonds Arthur Troch 1998. Our Rhodes head office is again running an Easter Shop. This warehouse outlet open to the public is an opportunity to purchase fine imported chocolates and confectionery at wholesale prices. Congratulations to Natalie Colombege who has been awarded the Apromo Trading Excellence in Patisserie Scholarship.
