Christmas Season Trading Days
Christmas Season Trading Days
Apromo Trading closes public holidays. For other normal business days we will trade normal hours. As is our usual practice, we are closed on all Saturdays and Sundays.
Additionally our head office and warehouse at Rhodes in Sydney will close early at 2pm on both Christmas Eve and on News Year Eve. Our Victorian office does not get to close early.

With a great venue in the Rocks, Sydney’s Museum of Contemporary Art, and a French theme of “A night in Paris”, over 300 industry professionals gathered for the book launch on Monday evening 9th November 2015. This Industry event was held at Sydney Olympic Park at Homebush over 4 days from 20th September to 23rd September 2015. As a trade event it attracted many professionals in the food industry. Gault & Millau, the respected restaurant guide, ran a trade only professional development event for chefs on 26th August 2015. This was held at the beautiful setting of The Pavilion Restaurant in the Botanical Gardens in Sydney. Apromo Trading attended and supported the event. Bleu Blanc Rouge Festival is a French world festival, now into its third year. Held over the weekend close to Bastille day it celebrates French culture, activities, food and wine. The closing date for Christmas orders is 19th June 2015, but we do appreciate earlier orders.
This ordering cycle allows us to source sufficient product, sea freight it from Europe, then deliver it to our retailers in time for Christmas shop displays. We want to work with you to plan a successful 2015.

Stephanie Leung wins inaugural award.
Stephanie Leung has won the inaugural Apromo Trading Certificate 4 in Hospitality (Patisserie) Award for Academic Achievement in Patisserie. Nick Page (General Manager – Victoria) presented the award to Stephanie as part of Apromo Trading’s ongoing partnership programme with the William Angliss Institute. In addition to the bi-annual award Apromo Trading sponsors two WAI Certificate 3 graduates each year to undertake Certificate 4 studies who otherwise may not have progressed due to financial pressures.
